About Cherokee Run Hunting Lodge

Cherokee Run Hunting Lodge was established in the year 2000. The Sandhills and Pee Dee Region are home to an abundance of deer, wild boar, and turkey.   Trophy Management on 15 properties and 3,500 acres. The over 100 stands are strategically positioned over feeders, food plots, and transition areas. Stands include enclosed boxstands and metal ladders. The boxstands are quite comfortable with swivel seat office chairs.

Our goal is to provide you with a fantastic hunt and memorable experience in a safe, comfortable environment.  You are welcome to join the Cherokee Run Family of Hunters and start you tradition. HUNT THE RUN!

Lodging & Amenities

The rustic style lodge rests in the shadows of century-old pecan trees. Relax on the front porch and gaze over the green fields. The accommodations include 3 bedrooms, 14 total beds, and 2 full baths. Bed linens, towels, and washcloths are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cookware, dishware, utensils, and coffeemaker. Gas grills are outside. Lodge has heat/AC, satellite TV and Wifi. Outside we have a gun and archery range, bass ponds, and regulation horse pits. Skinning facility has 2 winches, gambrels, cutting table, and a walk-in cooler.

Meet the Owner

Tom Naumann is the Owner/Operator of Cherokee Run Hunting Lodge. In addition to years of experience as an outfitter and guide, Tom has acquired much more in hunting from the mountains of Appalachia to the plains of Africa. As a Master Sportsman for Christian Sportsmans Fellowship Intl., Tom has ministered through speaking at churches and social events. He has also conducted seminars at hunting shows and events.

God’s Country, Tom’s first published book, was inspired by his great passion for the Lord and the outdoors. His second book, Around the Campfire, was released in September 2004.
